Hey I’m Tootsie, I’m a 5 year old girl that really likes people! I like to be lazy and lay around in my kennel here at the shelter, but don’t let that fool you, I get the zoomies and you’d think I was a puppy or something! I’m a big, strong, 68 pounds, and I could probably stand to lose a few, but I love to play and go on walks so will you be the one to take me?
